Appointment Cancellations & Changes

All of the stylists require at least 48h notice of any appointment changes or appointment cancellations.

Unfortunately if we do not receive this notice we may have to charge you for 50% of the original booking.

We really do understand that notice can't always be given and we will take each cancellation reason into consideration...but... please remember all of our stylists are freelance.. so if you cancel last minute and they cant fill the appointment time... they don't get paid!
